Client: ETX

Skills and proficiencies: SPSS for forecasting and timeseries creation with respect to predictive analysis.

Problem: To determine the number of calls predicted to be made by customers through the service centre using a past history of call logs.

Process: Use months of data set with different variables to detemine the next 3 months (quarter).

Results: Number of predicted calls to be made by customers across to the data centre over a period of 3 months.
